| Mr. Awker has been in the Fire Protection industry since 1973. His background includes system design, sales, project management, code interpretation, and negotiation of projects and issues. Prior to joining FFCDI as design director, Mr. Awker assisted clients in a consulting capacity and design/build contracting. Mr. Awker is on the Executive Committee for the Governor's Council on Fire Protection and Control, has served as the chapter president of the SFPE / MFPC, and is a juvenile fire setter intervention education commissioner for the City of Maple Grove.

| As the senior member of the Futrell Fire team, Ms. Fuss has been on an office management career track since 1970, with experience in clerical, secretarial, administrative assistance, human resources, benefits administration, payroll, accounting, information technology, and office management functions prior to joining FFCDI. |

| As president and founder of FFCDI, Mr. Futrell has provided consulting, project management and design of fire protection systems for a broad range of building types. Mr. Futrell is a Fire Protection Engineer registered in Wisconsin, has been involved in the Fire Protection industry since 1975, and is an active member of the International Society of Fire Protection Engineers as well as the local chapter, and the National Fire Protection Association. He is also an instructor for the Society of Fire Protection Engineers.

| Bailey joined the firm in 2000 as Watch Dog, and was quickly promoted to Senior Security Officer. In 2006, Bailey was permanently retired from his position with the firm. We miss him every day. |
